I F@#$ing Hate Bees!

Well in light of Notre Dame's 30 point loss to Georgia Tech over the weekend they have officially gained a temporary one-year spot on my "College Football (Ir)Rational Hate List". Listen I know we have issues at QB (mainly we don't have one) and the Defense is switching to the new 3-4 system, but beat ND by 30 in the opener and I HATE YOU!!


College Football (Ir)Rational Hate List:
These are in no particular order, I just numbered them for the hell of it. (*denotes temporary)
1) USC, do I really need to give a reason?
2) Boston College, my respect for Doug Flutie will never EVER make up for 1993...
3) Georgia Tech*, and oddly enough my allergy to bees doesn't play into this
4) Michigan, took too much credit for teaching ND the game.
5) Michigan State, this is like the annoying younger D'Annunzio brother (bonus point if you get the movie reference)
6) Ohio State, still pissed about that bowl game and the whole "the" Ohio State thing... I mean c'mon
7) LSU*, I am from the mid-west and generally admire the quality of the SEC... just not after last year
8) Alabama*, this is entirely because of Nick Saban
9) Duke, it's like kicking a puppy but how can you be so good at one sport and so bad at another?
10) Tennessee, don't really have a solid reason for it... I think it's the checker pattern endzones
11) Colorado, Sexual Harassment is not cool
12) Toledo*, temporary pending investigation. I don't like people who mess with gambling... I mean the purity of the game...
13) Florida International, just because the name of the school makes no god damn sense
14) Miami, so maybe they had more Catholics in the Catholics vs. Convicts game but the fall from grace has been ugly for this program and they deserved it
(side note: do you think it was safe to put FIU and Miami together on this list? Probably not)
15) Idaho, i didn't realize enough people lived in Idaho to field a football team let alone D-I
16) Everyone who has beaten ND in their current bowl game losing streak: Colorado, FSU, LSU, GT, Oregon State, NC State, and Ohio State.* This is removed once we win a bowl game unless the team is on the list for another reason.

That's the list for now. I know being a Notre Dame fan makes me a punching bag for just about anyone who follows college football, but I love my team and live and die with the Fighting Irish. And I'm telling you Jimmy Clausen is going to lead us back to the promised land.
